Pay
• $50,000 - $100,000.01/year
• Sign-On Bonus: Potentially - Up to $2,500.00
Responsibilities
• Installation of complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial applications.
• Demonstrate motivation and flexibility to adeptly handle responsibilities on both commercial and residential job sites.
• Utilize a wealth of experience in overseeing crews of 2-10 plumbers, providing effective leadership and guidance.
• Maintain a valid plumbing license to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Attend weekly job meetings and coordinate with the General Contractor's on-site Supervisor during project duration.
• Ensure work compliance with engineering specifications and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up.
• Work with minimal supervision, applying skills and independent decision-making to deliver superior quality work for the customer.
• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to train and mentor apprentices.
Minimum Requirements
• Possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI.
• 3+ years of Lead Plumber experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places.
• Skilled at using power and hand tools.
• Excellent and effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
