We are looking for a talented HVAC Service Technician, II who is responsible for routine planning, controlling, and coordinating the activities of Field Technicians. You are also responsible for Customer interaction, communication with the staff, and jobs coordination with the administrative office.
Main Responsibilities Include:
• Work in the office and in the field, coordinating refrigeration system repairs, installation, maintenance, and updates.
• Estimate service-related repairs and communicate with Sales department.
• Independently detailing, coordinating, managing, and completing service repairs.
• Ability to lead a team of technicians as required.
• Continuously update professional knowledge and learn about new products and features.
• Support the HVAC Manufacturing Business Unit engineers and Sales departments as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Work closely with other Team members and departments to ensure all refrigeration needs are met.
• Must have strong understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and be proficient in AC/DC, wiring, calibration, and pneumatics.
• Coordinate AC/DC, Electrical Troubleshooting, Pneumatics, Wiring, Calibration, Cooling, and Electrical Controls operations in the field.
• In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems and their components.
• Support and coordinate troubleshooting for complex refrigeration issues.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Company Policies and Safety Standards.
• Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.
• All other related duties as assigned.
• Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job.

Qualifications:
• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of technical service experience with low temperature and cascade refrigeration systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory experience preferred.

• Able to travel up to 60% domestically.
