Who are You at MacLellan?
As the HVAC Project Sales Representative, you are part of Best People. You will utilize our Best Systems, will aggressively grow the company’s service project base through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing in house clients by developing solutions that create a long term relationship and a competitive advantage for the client. You will be responsible for customer interaction and status reports on projects, account management, project coordination, and possible oversight of all sales phases of thBecause you are passionately committed to being the best, you engage our clients daily to grow our business relationships to produce Best Results.
What are the skills necessary for success?
• Ability to complete turn key pricing and proposals for installation and replacement of split systems, RTU's, Chillers, etc
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
What experience is needed for success?
• Previous HVAC project sales experience required.
• Technical mechanical competency of HVAC Systems

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:
• After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
• Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
• Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
• Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.
Post-Employment Drug Testing:
• All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
