The
HVAC Controls Salesperson will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long term customer relationships to help grow the new construction aspect of the company. Open Source Controls will expect a driven individual who is a self-starter that can also be a team player. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed and the sales manager will take the time to teach and help you grow your career. · Salary Based on experience + Uncapped Commission Structure
· Cell Phone & Laptop
· Vehicle or Stipend & Gas Card
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Prospecting/Cold Calling
· Scheduling meetings with Potential New Customers
· Quote New Construction HVAC projects
· Managing Personal Relationships with Key Account Contacts to Create Long Term Partnerships.
· Creating Sales and Contact Reports.
· Meeting and Exceeding Goals Established by the Manager.
Qualifications:
· Minimum High School Education
· College Education Preferred
· 2+ Years of Account Manager Business to Business Sales
· HVAC Sales a must
· Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Responsible, Coachable, Team Oriented.
Work is on site, in person at our corporate office in Nashville, TN.
