Our client in the construction industry is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to join their team in Sacramento, CA. In this role, you’ll be promoting value-driven HVAC and plumbing solutions to building owners and property managers, with a focus on increasing service agreements, equipment upgrades, and retrofit opportunities. This role emphasizes developing lasting customer relationships by providing technical insights and operational expertise that enhance system performance and efficiency.
You’ll leverage your sales background and field experience to drive account growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. As the HVAC Sales Rep, you will position service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships and follow a disciplined sales process to uncover, qualify, and secure new business. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems along with a proactive, results-driven approach and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
• Manage and grow service agreements with new and existing customers
• Work with customers to enhance their HVAC and plumbing systems
• Build strong relationships by understanding the customer’s business needs
• Create competitive estimates and proposals
• Negotiate to close sales effectively
• Proactively target and contact new prospects
• Maintain and nurture a network of contacts
• Influence service strategies by aligning customer goals with solutions
• Share technical and operational expertise with customers

Qualifications
• 3+ years of sales experience in Commercial HVAC or Mechanical Contracting trade required
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems required
