Requirements:
Strong selling skills with a minimum of 3 years in home sales experience
No previous HVAC in home sales experience is preferred - We’ll teach you what you need to know
Results oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer literate
Flexible schedule - Must be willing to work nights and weekends
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass drug test and background check
Responsibilities of an HVAC In Home Sales Representative:
Run scheduled sales appointments; survey and measure the home; perform proper sizing calculations;
select appropriate solutions, scope of work and pricing from flat rate investment guide,
share findings and options with homeowners; generate referrals and ensure customer satisfaction.
