Cincinnati Sales Representative
Location: Cincinnati, OH (75-mile territory, focus on the southern region)
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Base Salary ($60,000–$80,000) + Commission

What You’ll Do:
• Drive New Business: Hunt for new clients, with a 70% focus on projects and 30% on service agreements.
• Run Estimates: Use your HVAC knowledge to complete most project estimates before handing them off to the operations team.
• Build Relationships: Focus efforts in the southern Cincinnati region while developing strong client connections.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with your teammates and report to Jared, thriving in our team-first environment.
• Leverage Tools & Systems: Use North Boundary CRM (training provided) and the Sandler Selling System to achieve your goals.
What You Bring:
• Experience: Background in HVAC, mechanical systems, or technical sales.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and close deals.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfort with mechanical systems and translating technical knowledge into client solutions.
• Self-Motivation: Proactive with strong communication skills; thrives in a low-micromanagement environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience).
