Summary:
we are looking for a candidate with previous experience as a mechanic/technician in the
refrigeration industry. Commercial refrigeration, welding, and mechanical skills are a plus. This
includes connecting refrigeration piping, electrical systems, and electronic control systems. This
job involves adhering to daily schedules. The individual must also have a working knowledge of
all power and hand tools necessary to complete the finished product, including but not limited to
the use of refrigeration vacuum pumps, pressure gauges, and electronic data loggers. This

Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and complete work orders.
Install new refrigeration systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures.
Perform equipment maintenance, including identifying and obtaining necessary replacement
parts for repairs.
Install refrigeration components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, and motors.
Operate welding torches, vacuum pumps, pressure gauges, leak detectors, and data logging
equipment.
Create high-quality copper tubing refrigeration gas weld joints with no leaks, adhering to
drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret electrical and piping diagram drawings.
Adjust mechanisms such as valves, controls, and pumps to regulate fluid pressure and
distribution in systems.
Adhere to all safety and health standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1-2 years of field experience as a refrigeration technician or equivalent experience.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Must be available for "on-call" service after hours.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb, and/or sit
frequently throughout the workday.
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
