Description
Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
• Utilize Niagara N4 certification and knowledge to install supervisory controllers such as JACES, program field controllers, develop software graphics, and manage licensing and firmware updates.
• Operational Planning and Coordination of all Controls Projects and Service Calls.
• Answering phone calls for Controls Related Needs, Speaking with Customers, Answering Questions, etc.
• Designing, Pricing, and Generating of Proposals for Controls Related Projects.
• Ordering Materials for approved work, inventorying, and scheduling for Projects.
• Manual Tracking of Controls Division Financials and Profitability.
• Programming of Logic, Integration, and Creating of Graphics for Tridium Niagara N4/AX based Software, Honeywell Spyder 5, and Honeywell Spyder Classic Controllers.
• Performing Service Calls, Troubleshooting Issues, and Making repairs to Honeywell, Carrier, and other DDC Control Systems.
• Basic Training of Controls Division Personnel as well as keeping up with and making sure personnel have proper Certified Training as required for work performed.
• Installing new Field Controllers, Sensors, Actuators, Dampers, Valves, Relays, etc. as required.
• Running Cable, Wiring, and EMT Type Conduit as required.
• Making Cable Connections to Field Devices and DDC Controllers as required.
• Working on and Troubleshooting Medium and Low Voltage Cabling and Wiring.
Requirements
Requirements/Education:
• Applicants must have at least a High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years HVAC service experience
• EPA License
• Tridium Niagara N4 Certification, N4 Advanced Level 1, N4 Advanced Level 2, Honeywell CIPer Certification, Honeywell Spyder Classic Certification, Honeywell Syder 5 Certification, Bacnet communications Certification.
• Pass background and drug screen
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prove eligibility to work in the US
• Ability to organize and follow a set of guidelines and instructions

Physical Demands:
• Must be well groomed, wear approved company uniform at all times
• Pass drug test and physical as required by Estes Services
• Carry and setup a 32’ ladder by yourself
• Must be able to physically perform job requirements, such as (but not limited to): standing, crawling, bending, squatting, kneeling or climbing ladders repeatedly (up to 25 times an hour), or for long periods of time (for up to two - four hours), lifting weights of 50 pounds or more, etc.;
• Must be able to work in extreme weather and climate conditions (hot attics, year-round outdoor conditions, etc.);
• Must be able to work in tight, poorly lit and cramped conditions;
• Must be able to execute all of the above functions and meet all of the above demands safely, posing no threat to themselves or those around them while doing so, and must willingly comply with applicable safety regulations in the completion of all work.
