Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities in the market.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically about market positioning.
• Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
