Chill Pro LLC is Growing! Come join our fast-growing sales team as a Home Advisor Sales Agent selling HVAC, Solar, and home improvement products. We are currently looking for Home Advisor Consultants to join our team in El Paso, Texas. If you have a positive attitude, are self-motivated, and want to put in the time to make serious $$$ then come join our team. The Home Improvement Sales will be responsible for developing new accounts (cold calls, door knocking), closing deals, and ensuring repeat business from existing clients. As a Home Advisor Sales Agent, you retain the customer’s relationship, meet all their home improvement requests, and ensure that customers receive outstanding customer service for all their home improvement needs!
We will provide training !!!
Home improvement Sales Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• At least two years of sales experience is required.
• Customer Service experience
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends
Home improvement Sales Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify and engage with potential customers through various means, including cold calling, referrals, networking, and attending industry events
• Develop and maintain a database of leads and effectively prioritize them for sales outreach
• Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available incentives or rebates
• Explain the HVAC and solar installation process, system components, and financing options to potential customers
• Visit customers' locations to evaluate their needs, roof suitability, and sun exposure to determine the optimal solar system size and design
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create personalized solar energy proposals based on-site assessments and customer preferences
• Present proposals to customers, address their questions and concerns and negotiate terms to secure contracts
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall sales effectiveness
• Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and contracts for HVAC and solar system installation, financing, and incentives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and addressing any post-sale inquiries or concerns
Home improvement Sales Requirements and Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in HVAC and solar energy, renewable energy, or a related industry
• Familiarity with solar energy products, systems, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence potential customers
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets
• Ability to understand technical aspects of HVAC solar energy systems and convey this knowledge in a clear and accessible manner to customers
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to conduct site visits and meet with customers
• Any relevant sales certifications or licenses in the solar or renewable energy field (desired, but not mandatory)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules and achieve sales goals
Expectations: Commission base Only.
Uncapped Income Commission Paid weekly
