The Role:
Rusk service technicians diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and healthy home products. Serving mostly the residential market, some light commercial work may be tasked. Techs work on all equipment types. With the priority always being the customer, technicians are there to serve in their best interests. We do not pressure homeowners but offer them options based on ethical recommendations. Service technicians receive hourly pay ranging from $30-50 with bonus incentives. There is no cap on income with advanced productivity and personal investment.
Requirements:
High school diploma / GED, technical schooling a plus
2+ years of residential service preferred
KY Journeyman licensing - Active
EPA Certification, NATE a plus
Clean driving record, background & drug free
(background / drug test performed upon employment offer)
