We are seeking an experienced HVAC Journeyman to join our growing team and help us continue delivering industry-leading service.
Position Overview
The HVAC Journeyman will be responsible for the installation, service, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure efficiency and reliability
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance best practices, and service recommendations
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Train and assist apprentices as they develop their technical skills
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and customer interactions
Qualifications
• Oklahoma Journeyman HVAC License (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service and installation experience
• EPA Certification (Preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
