Full Time Make Ready Technician - HVAC

We are looking for an experienced FULL TIME Make Ready 396 Unit apartment community in Oklahoma City, OK.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will respond promptly to resident maintenance requests, perform preventive maintenance, and handle a variety of repair tasks.

Key Requirements:

• HVAC Certification required
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years maintenance experience
• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Experience with preventive maintenance procedures
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs
• Valid driver's license
  
  
  

Responsibilities Include:

Responding to maintenance requests within 24 hours

Preparing vacant apartments for occupancy

Maintaining equipment according to manufacturer recommendations

Performing routine inspections of buildings and common areas

Managing inventory of parts and materials

On-call rotation for emergency maintenance
