Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and demonstrate proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' HVAC systems and appliances are operating efficiently and effectively, contributing to their overall comfort and satisfaction.
Duties
• Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, identifying issues related to air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Repair and maintain various appliances, ensuring they meet safety standards.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts for effective service delivery.
• Build and install components as necessary to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Document all service activities accurately for record-keeping purposes.
Experience
• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the HVAC/R industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with equipment repair techniques and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration processes, and related technologies.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
