We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC On-Site Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will oversee HVAC construction projects in the Moscow, ID/Pullman, WA region, starting with the University of Idaho project, while strategically expanding our operational capacity. This position is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of current projects and laying the foundation for future growth by implementing best practices, optimizing resources, and building long-term project management capabilities.

Pay Range: $75,000 to $100,000 a year, based on experience

What You'll Do:
• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems for a commercial construction project.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure all milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members to deliver outstanding results.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety protocols.
• Solve on-site challenges and provide technical expertise.
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in HVAC project management, especially in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and relevant codes.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
