Description:
Innovative Sheet Metal is seeking a highly skilled and experiences Foreman of HVAC Installation to lead our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects, working with general contractors and leading crews of 5+. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprints and specifications as well as exceptional leadership and communication.
Requirements:
• Oversee and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with general contractors to ensure project success
• Lead and supervise crews of 1-5+ team members
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications accruately
• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial and industrial HVAC projects
• Proven experience working with general contractors
• Valid drivers license
• Strong leadership and team management skills
