Who You Are:
• You have hands-on experience in the skilled trades and have worked with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contractors.
• You have at least 1 year of ServiceTitan experience (in roles such as call center, CSR, dispatcher, or call center management).
• You’re passionate about career growth and professional development and thrive in a leadership role, with a focus on guiding your Team Success Managers to success.
• You’re flexible and comfortable working across multiple time zones.
• You’re goal-driven and experienced in managing day-to-day operations while exceeding performance targets.
Your Role Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact for clients from onboarding to retention, ensuring every interaction delivers value and strengthens relationships.
• Strategic Advisor: Partner with clients to understand their goals, offering insights and demonstrating how our services continue to add value to their operations.
• Client and Team Success Strategy: Collaborate with your Team Success Manager reports to develop and implement best practices for client and team success, ensuring seamless communication and results.
Your Leadership Responsibilities:
• Team Accountability: Guide your Team Success Managers to ensure:
• Quality Assurance (QA) Oversight: Regular shadowing of CSRs to maintain consistent, high-quality client support and service.
• Client Coverage Management: Ensure CSR support for clients across MST, and PST time zones, so clients receive prompt, effective service at all times.
• Client Board Compliance: Hold TSMs accountable for ensuring CSRs keep client boards up-to-date with accurate and comprehensive process documentation.
Preferred Skills and Tools:
• Experience training and managing customer service teams, especially for small-to-medium-sized businesses.
• Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus.

Requirements:
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week. M-F 8-5 PM MST with flexibility to work other time zones as needed.
• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a relevant field.
