Overview
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable HVAC apprentice ready to begin their career! The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, while grasping concepts quickly in a fast paced environment. This role will work directly with the installation team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist HVAC install team with new system installations, replacements, ductwork modifications and more.
• Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized.
• Help with troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Able to conduct oneself professionally in front of customers
Qualifications
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods while performing physical tasks (50+ lbs)
• Ability to perform duties in small spaces: including but not limited to attics & crawlspaces
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• An open mind and the ability to work on a team!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
