Electrical & HVAC supplies distributor in the Los Angeles County with 25+ year history is seeking an inside sales customer service representative.
The successful candidate will handle all sales/warehouse/inventory functions in a professional manner for customers by providing prompt and efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction. Process customer orders, handle counter duties, respond to customer requests, develop quotes/estimates/sales orders and secure payments based on customers account types, answer customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally, monitor warehouse & showroom stock levels, obtain quotes and purchase product as necessary to maintain stock levels. Duties including but not limit to counter sales, customer quotations, track orders, evaluate and process customer returns and warranty items handled at the counter and follow the companies and manufacturer's warranty policies, coordinate job site delivery of materials with warehouse and delivery drivers, resolve delivery discrepancies, and process freight claims. Due to the huge volume of walk-in Mandarin speaking only customers, we are looking for sales representation who are fluent in it.
Requirements:
• High School or equivalent
• Minimum 2 Years work experience, preferably in a sales environment
• Bilingual in English and Chinese(Mandarin preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment
• Proven communication skills both verbal and written; email and business writing is essential
• Well-organized with follow-up and attention to all detail
• Working knowledge of product lines and the components a plus
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Internet Search Engines)
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM with 1 Hour lunch break
Compensation: Starting based on experience + yearly discretionary bonus, Sick Days Paid Time Off (6 days) and paid vacation.
