Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead our team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of Commercial HVAC systems, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation and maintenance projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules and manage timelines effectively to ensure timely completion.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
• Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices and new technologies in HVAC systems.
• Prepare construction estimates for HVAC projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a related field.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, time management, and project management.
• Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools.
• Proficient in using construction management software such as Prolog or ProCore.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles as they relate to HVAC systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
