As we ramp up for the busy season, we’re looking for a Dispatcher/Install Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly!

Job Overview:

The Dispatcher/Install Coordinator plays a key role in our daily operations, ensuring that installations are scheduled efficiently and technicians are dispatched effectively. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage schedules, coordinate with customers, and support our field team.

Key Responsibilities: • Schedule and coordinate HVAC installations and service calls • Dispatch technicians efficiently while considering availability, skills, and job priority • Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, changes, and expectations • Work closely with the Install Manager and Service Team to keep jobs on track • Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan (or similar dispatching software) • Assist in ordering and tracking equipment for scheduled jobs • Handle urgent scheduling conflicts with a solution-oriented mindset • Provide excellent customer service and keep clients informed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination (HVAC or home services industry preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills – You’ll be juggling schedules, calls, and updates!

Excellent communication skills – You’ll be interacting with customers and technicians all day

Tech-savvy & detail-oriented – Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar software is a plus

Ability to work under pressure – This is a fast-paced environment, especially in peak season
