Logistics:

Role: HVAC Sales Representative

Base Salary: 85k-112k

Additional Comp: Commission Structure available upon request

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC sales role

• Knowledge of Commercial HVAC, mechanical and plumbing systems

• Experience with customer relationship development and maintenance.

Plusses:

• Experience working with Mechanical Contractors HVAC certifications is a plus (Journeyman license, Universal CFC etc).

• Service experience installing or troubleshooting HVAC equipment

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking to bring in someone for a HVAC Sales Representative. This person will be dealing with territories and going through sales cycle specifically focused on HVAC maintenance - They'll be conducting brief inspections of HVAC equipment onsite to prospect companies and also be quoting equipment and managing clients through the sales process to bring them onto the team.
