About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team as a Commercial HVAC Systems Maintenance Professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing complex HVAC systems, with excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide preventative maintenance services for commercial HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Detect and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, using technical expertise to repair or replace faulty components.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment log sheets.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Associate's Degree in HVAC Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
