Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Foreman to join our team at Excel Services, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC installation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish while maintaining high-quality standards.
As a Senior HVAC Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing teams of journeymen and apprentices, ensuring timely project completion, and upholding company core values.
Responsibilities
• Lead teams of HVAC professionals on commercial construction projects.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Recruit, train, and mentor junior staff members.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of commercial HVAC installation experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Journeyman license certification in Kentucky.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
