Job Summary
The Senior HVAC Foreman provides direction and oversees project execution primarily on new commercial construction projects while embodying our company's core values.
Key Responsibilities
• Leverage expertise to direct a team of journeymen and apprentices in executing commercial HVAC installation projects
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building plans, drawings, and OSHA safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with International Mechanical Code (IMC), National Fuel and Gas Code (NFGC)
Requirements
• Journeyman license certification in Kentucky
• 6-8 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively
