At Palms Associates, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our properties through the repair and maintenance of buildings and support equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and repairing residential/commercial HVAC systems. Additionally, preferred skills areas include:
• General Building Repair
• Plumbing
• Appliance Repair
• Electrical

This is an hourly, non-exempt position, FLSA Overtime Status position. The stated salary range represents potential compensation earned through base salary and bonus opportunities.
