Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate systems accurately for maintenance, warranty repairs, design, and other purposes
• Diagnose and repair solar and storage systems and electrical components
• Provide quality assurance inspections, documenting corrective actions, and ensuring completion of corrective items within defined timelines
• Submit service reports immediately following work order completion
• Collaborate closely with manufacturers and engineering team to resolve technical issues
• Identify solutions to resolve technical design problems, including electrical systems used during construction
