We are seeking a highly skilled Residential and Commercial HVAC Installation Expert to join our team at Sparkling Craft LLC. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities
• System Installation:
• Design and install residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, including ductwork, vents, and thermostats.
• Select and specify HVAC equipment, taking into account factors such as climate, building type, and energy efficiency requirements.
• Verify that installed systems meet performance standards and industry codes.
• Service and Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating HVAC components, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair complex HVAC malfunctions, utilizing diagnostic tools and expertise to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Document all service activities, including repairs and maintenance tasks, for accurate record-keeping.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Guidance:
• Provide technical guidance to clients on HVAC system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions to complex HVAC problems.
• Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to HVAC systems.
• Prepare cost estimates for clients.
• Create records of materials used for projects.
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
Requirements
• A valid HVAC technician license issued in the USA.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with proficiency in installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC equipment, components, and controls, including refrigeration and electrical systems.
• A strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
