Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Fire & Ice Heating and Air. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC problems, estimating costs, and completing preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues, including component installation and replacement
• Estimate costs and provide accurate quotes to customers
• Complete routine maintenance and warranty services for residential and commercial clients
• Analyze electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot complex issues
• Test newly installed components to ensure proper function and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of completed projects and parts used
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in the HVAC industry
• EPA 608 Type 2 certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift 50 lbs or 100 lbs with assistance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, along with a positive attitude
Benefits:
