The HVAC Service Technician Specialist will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems in the Virginia market. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Service Engineer Professional. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex HVAC systems
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication skills
Requirements:
• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning and eight (8) years related experience
• HVAC Journeyman license in Virginia required
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Strong understanding of HVAC theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts
Salary:$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
