Job Title: HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration Technician
We are seeking a skilled HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our team in the Dallas market. As a Tech24 Company, we provide complete foodservice equipment maintenance and repair services for restaurants, QSRs, convenience stores, retailers, coffee shops, and concessions operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with strong technical and troubleshooting skills to work independently, providing expert customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoots and repairs commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Ensures safe operation of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment and their related components
• Communicates effectively with customers and branch staff regarding repair status
• Completes service tickets according to procedures
• Tracks truck stock and maintains service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to Tech24 standards
• Sets a positive example for less experienced technicians by being a Company advocate
• Follows all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety
Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Superb customer service skills
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Standard computer skills
• Owning industry-standard hand tools
• Ability to climb ladders, work from heights, and crawl in tight quarters
• Ability to travel extensively within the region
• Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays for on-call rotation

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
