About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Installer to join our team at Panther Heating & Cooling, Inc. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of HVAC installation experience and a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Install air conditioning units, ductwork, and accessories
• Ensure each job meets code requirements and Panther standards
• Collaborate with Install Lead to maintain a well-stocked and organized company truck
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every client
Requirements
• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
