WeCare Centers seeks a skilled Regional Heating and Cooling Expert to maintain and repair HVAC systems in our facilities. This role involves working with complex equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless system operation.
• Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters and checking system performance.
• Repair or replace system components, including valves, motors, and controls.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• *Requirements:**
• At least 10 years of experience in HVAC repair and installation, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Possess the necessary licenses and certifications for work in Pennsylvania.
• EPA CFC Universal Certificate is required.
• Demonstrate adaptability, reliability, and commitment to safety protocols.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, along with benefits like same-day pay, employee referral bonuses, and more.
