Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Heating and Cooling Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, or repairing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial establishments.
Responsibilities:
• Install, service, or repair heating and cooling systems to improve efficiency and performance.
• Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Test and inspect pipe and tubing joints or connections for leaks and electrical circuits for continuity.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring as needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of prior experience working as an HVAC/R technician or installer.
• Prior experience as an HVAC/R service technician or comparable education.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to pass drug screening.

Salary: Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
