Job Title: HVAC Technician
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and performing repairs on assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls.
Salary:
$25 - $30 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust pilots, thermostats, and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches, and controls on electrical systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of HVAC maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
• EPA 608 license.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Knowledge of a variety of building maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Skill in using hand and power tools.
