Job Title: HVAC Project Manager/Estimator
Location: High Point
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at {company}. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the management of commercial HVAC projects from $5-10MIL in size, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Prepare and submit project reports, including financial updates and progress tracking
Requirements:
• 10 years of MEP/HVAC and construction Project Management experience
• Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Project budgeting skills
• Able to promptly resolve team management problems
• Organized with exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities
• Time management skills; able to complete commitments in an accurate and timely manner
