HVAC Foreman/Journeyman Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading installation projects for chillers, boilers, mini splits, and other equipment.
• Coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Laying out piping runs, setting rooftop equipment, and ensuring proper coil connections.
• Maintaining safety protocols and promoting a proactive stance on workplace safety.
• Training less experienced partners and leading by example to achieve job objectives.
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of pipefitting skills, including layout, curbs, fans, RTU's, and AHU's.
• Ability to work with drawings, documents, and management platforms like Procore.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
