About the Position:
Gulfstream Strategic Placements is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects in San Francisco. This role focuses on managing and supporting HVAC and plumbing systems for large-scale projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to review plans, manage submittals, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor budgets, prepare cost estimates, and oversee procurement processes to maintain project efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve challenges and ensure goal alignment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical project management with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal systems.
• Technical proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with building automation systems, including Tridium Niagara, Bacnet, Johnson Controls, Metasys, and Schneider Electric.
• Stable work history in San Francisco, CA.
