Job Title: Hvac Service Technicians
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 per year.
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Gray's Mechanical, LLC. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Inspecting and performing equipment repairs and replacements to prevent downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce energy consumption.
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintaining company vehicles and adhering to safe driving practices.
• Meeting or exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
• At least five years of experience in HVAC or a related field, with a proven track record of installation and service expertise.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Able to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• Possession of valid driver's license, background check clearance, and passing of drug tests.
• A clean and safe work history, with a commitment to upholding industry standards.
