Job Description
The Wieland Group is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Shelbyville, KY. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $35.00 per hour and a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
Main Responsibilities
• Perform electrical building repairs as necessary.
• Troubleshoot production equipment controlled by PLC controllers using troubleshooting tools supplied by a PLC software (preferably Siemens S7 or TIA).
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Requirements
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with strong electrical and controls knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent education and experience.
• Able to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and troubleshoot ethernet networks.
