General Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled HVAC and Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in all aspects of HVAC and maintenance.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
In this role, you will work closely with our residents to ensure their homes are comfortable and efficient. You will:
• Complete maintenance and repair requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
• Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• At least 2 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
• A valid driver's license
• Pass a criminal background check
