Key Responsibilities:
• Perform groundskeeping duties to maintain property appearance and ensure safety.
• Conduct a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new leases.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to daily work orders, ensuring high-quality results.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Requirements:
• Driver’s License (required)
• Experience: 3-6 months of experience in residential or hotel maintenance.
• Skills:
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.
• Certifications: HVAC or EPA certifications are a MUST.
• Tools:
Must have your own personal set of tools.
