Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Commercial HVAC

We are seeking a skilled professional to maximize sales in the Michigan territory. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will represent electro-mechanical components that drive advances in the commercial building automation marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
This role requires strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to educate customers on our product offerings and troubleshoot problems through face-to-face meetings, email, and telephone conversations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Generate interest in Commercial products to increase total sales dollars in assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with HVAC Controls contractors, Control Distributors, Mechanical Contractors, End Users, Consulting Engineers, and potential customers.
• Work with customers to help troubleshoot problems and propose viable solutions.
• Assist inside sales representatives with quote preparation and order processing as needed.
• Identify and track opportunities within his/her assigned territory.
• Project strategies include influencing specifications, identifying bidders, coordinating bid contractor proposals, and identifying successful contractors for final quotation and order.
Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of applicable commercial HVAC industry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Meet requirements of Drivers Policy at all times.
$68,000 - $85,000 per year
