Job Title: HVAC Estimator
Perfectemp, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for estimating and executing service projects with direct responsibility for project profitability.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company in the HVAC industry. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the HVAC service/Installation/Controls/Retrofit & Design Build Based Industry and be able to develop additional sales opportunities from existing clients.
Responsibilities:
• Project Estimating: Timely completion of assigned projects and estimates.
• Customer Communication: Regular communication with customers, subcontractors, and field support staff.
• Expense Management: Monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure project profitability.
• Quality Standards: Ensuring quality standards are maintained for all projects.
• Subcontractor Management: Managing subcontractors and other assigned project resources.
Qualifications:
• Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Professional Representation: Ability to represent Perfectemp, Inc. in a professional manner with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Time Management: Ability to complete work on time.
• Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Effective Communication: Self-motivated and able to handle rapidly changing priorities and several tasks simultaneously.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.
