Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Good Plumbing. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and service of heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, maintenance, and service of heat pumps, air conditioners, gas furnaces, oil furnaces, oil boilers, gas boilers, geothermal units, roof top units, cooling towers, and crawlspace and attic work as needed.
• Work a standard 45 hour week as available, with overtime after 40 hours.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Universal EPA - technician certification is necessary.
• Two years of experience in the field.
• Pass random drug tests.
• Tolerance to work in both cold and heat temperatures.
• No physical limitations.
• Eager to learn and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
• A competitive base salary: $62,500 - $82,000 per year.
