Job Overview
This part-time or full-time hourly position offers on-the-job training with a Lead Technician, excluding weekends.
Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Lead Technician to troubleshoot complex issues in major residential appliances.
• Select and utilize basic tools to assemble, adjust, calibrate, test, and repair various products.
• Provide accurate estimates and invoices for completed repairs to customers.
• Procure necessary parts for repair.
• Install required parts for successful repair completion.
• Foster knowledgeable, courteous, and professional customer service interactions.
This role demands the ability to transport a tool bag and move heavy appliances safely.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill level.
Company Information
