Job Summary
This full-time position involves working 12-hour shifts, alternating between day and night shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized care to patients requiring ventilation assistance, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities
• Assess and implement respiratory care plans for patients
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop targeted interventions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• A strong passion for improving the lives of seniors
• Demonstrated expertise as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably with experience in ventilation care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
