PrideStaff Columbus East is currently seeking a HVAC Maintenance Technician Supervisor in Columbus. We have several opportunities available at this time serving apartment and condo communities. Candidates MUST HAVE AN ELECTRICIAN CERTIFICATION.
HVAC Maintenance Technician Supervisor Duties:
• Helping to keep your assigned community in excellent condition, inside and out
• Keeping grounds and landscaping in tip-top shape
• Performing maintenance for service requests/work orders
• Providing customer service to current and future residents and homeowners
• Managing priorities and competing demands in a busy environment
• Scheduled hours are typically Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and on-call duties vary based on the property
HVAC Maintenance Technician Supervisor Qualifications:
• Maintenance knowledge: Plumbing, HVAC(required), Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
• Prior maintenance experience and own basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
• Basic computer skills
• Prior residential maintenance experience helpful
• Good time management skills
