Key Responsibilities:
• Lead installation crews to ensure high-quality results
• Coordinate with teams to schedule and manage installations
• Visit job sites during and after installations to verify quality control
Requirements:
• +5 years proven experience with HVAC installations
• Strong working knowledge in Heating and Air Conditioning or residential mechanical services
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team player
